After you contact me, we will connect over the phone for a free 15-minute consultation. From there, we schedule a first meeting.

Depending on where you are located, I am available for sessions in-person or via a video conferencing platform.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one work is often the preferred therapeutic format. Individuals find having dedicated time for themselves with a therapist is most effective for reaching their goals.

Couples Counseling

This would involve the therapist and the couple. This is the best option for couples looking to confidentially review and improve upon their relationship. 

Family Counseling

This is most appropriate for families struggling to establish healthy family boundaries in times of upset, change and stress.
